Initial Consultation
The no-obligation consultation is your time to talk to the attorney, Jennifer. You will leave the consultation understanding the best options for you based on your situation and goals, the process, the timeline and the cost. The consultation is also the time when you and Jennifer decide if you want to work with each other. Even if you decide not to hire Jennifer, the consultation is a worthwhile investment because of the legal information and advice you will receive.
All consultations are done by phone or zoom. Schedule below or by calling the office at 651-321-8472. The consultation fee is $100. If you hire Jennifer, the fee will be credited to your account.
Representation Agreement & Payment
Once you meet with Jennifer and decide you want to hire her to represent you, she will email a representation agreement for you to sign online and a link to make your initial payment. You may pay by check or credit card.
Work Begins
Once you hire Jennifer, she will send you a list of documents she needs and a link to provide your information for the application forms. She will begin preparing your application package and doing any research or other work needed for your case.
